Ok, I found something : Reverse Cell Phone Lookup , there's a small charge - but sure beats all the all the sites advertising "free reverse cell phone look up" that are Not free, you always have to pay at the end - after wasting loads of time inserting information ...

There's no free site to do a reverse cell phone lookup. You have to use a paid site.

The sites charge a fee is because they have to pay for the info they give you.

There are many directories available for reverse cell phone look up . If you are going to use it alot I would suggest getting a subscription as it is a one time payment and you can search as much as you want. If only using once, then just pay the one time lookup fee. Just make sure that you use a reputable compnay.

There is no free directory of cell phone records and info....
You have to purchase these records from a reverse cell phone lookup website.
