And you're correct about several sites promoting  "Free reverse cell phone directory " I took hours looking through these supposedly "free" sites and was always required to pay for the final details. They say the "search" is free but you have to pay for the report ...

 

Some good news :  There are certain reputable online websites that charge a minor fee to access their reverse cell phone directory. They must charge because they purchased the data from the large mobile phone businesses and took the expense, time and hassle of organizing all the data and uploading it to the internet. We must pay for this convenience.

From my mistakes (and plenty of mistakes)  I eventually settled with : Reverse Cell Phone Directory Lookup , They possess one of the largest cell phone number directories, and give fast and up to date reports - be cautious of those who give no more than a surname and then a list of likely first names matches?! That doesn't help.

There's a few sites you can use but Beware of the free ones - they don't have accurate info.

Reverse cell number look ups just look up the number.

It searches the database and if it finds a match it gives you the information. No one actually calls the number.

There are many free sites available for reverse cell phone directory .

But if you intend to use it a lot I would suggest getting a subscription as it is a one time payment and you can search as much as you want. If only using once, then just pay the one time look up fee. Just make sure that you use a reputable reverse cell phone directory .
