if you were unionized - contact them. i take it that the brewery no longer is in operation so perhaps you should get in touch with your states attorney general. all employers that take monies from employees are required by law to have information pertaining to such funds available to those employees and to be posted as a matter of public record. i think if you have any info on what happened to this employer( just folded-bought by someone - ect ) you should track down what you need over the internet. state/county/local offices of the government will likely be your best bet. my question here ( and its none of my biz ) why dont you have this info from when you worked there - 34 years is a long time- things were diff. then and perhaps that will be your only problem. as you know the way things were are not the way they are today. best of luck - hope it works out
