Retire next year

I own a small service company and I want to retire in 2010 when I turn 62. I was thinking of transfering or selling my company to my wife and she would incorporate it as a llC corporation and pay me as an employee and she would earn the rest and she would pay her taxes.  She works full time now at another job which she would keep.  Would this satisfy the social security people?
