How can I forward an email from my AOL mail, and still retain the graphics and pictures. When someone sends me an email, from outside of AOL to my AOL email, and I try to forward it, I lose all photos, and only TEXT is forwarded.
Make sure you forward the mails in rich text format and not just as plain text. When using AOL Webmail (http://webmail.aol.com), go to "Settings" (the link in the upper right corner, next to "Help", then click on "Compose" and check the option "Use Richt Text / HTML Editing".
In recent months it has become easier to download and reattach the pictures to the forwarded aol email message .
If the photos or graphics are opened and it says save, save them to your desktop or somewhere you can find them then when you forward the message attach them to your forwarded message.
