Resveratrol question

I tried taking resveratrol, and would love to continue.  Everytime I take it, horrible acne pops up VERY quickly.  I'm a 38 yr old male.  Any way of countering that? Should I not be taking it?

Work hard or go home.

Talk to your doctor.

wow that sounds bad. i would recommend seeing your doctor if your symptoms are serious. You should also read some reviews of resveratrol supplements on the market to see what's reliable and what's not.

Currently trying Acai Berry

One that I have seen in use by some friends and is Adora Resveratrol , they have been getting positive results

You should check the ingredients of the resveratrol supplement you are taking. Does it have a lot of extra stuff in there, especially things you don't know what they are. You might be having an allergic reaction to an ingredient and not the resveratrol itself.

A quality resveratrol supplement should have the resveratrol source and not much else besides the capsule. The capsule ingredients may also be listed.

Each of these ingredients has their own helpful properties and helps boost the effects of resveratrol ultra in their own ways.
