A new type of job solution is getting hot this year. They are community websites connecting job-seekers with current employees of good companies. Job-seekers can get a good chance to be noticed, whenever the insider employee think he is worth referring. Insider employees can usually claim a nice "employee referral bonus" from his own employer on a successful referral.

There are 4 such websites in the world, 3 in USA. All of them are new in 2007. The largest one is InsidersReferral.com . They seems having the best marketing program, because they have the most number of members.

Whether we are novices or even experienced employees, there come this particular job opportunity, and therefore an interview, that is quite different and lucrative than other job offers. For that reason, make sure you are ready and well prepared for the interview.

Your resume should include a brief summary of your education, qualifications, pro experience and your interests and strengths.

You can get answers from a professional to all these questions and more on CV and Resume writing at http://www.your-career-change.com/resume-tips.html

There are links to everything you might want to know about resume writing, but what is important is that the reader can see what they need to know. So make your resume easy to read; leave plenty of white space and don't include anything thats irrelevant.

What the reader wants to know is: "is it worth my time to interview this person?" so you must show interest and enthusiasm, knowledge of the job requirements and demonstrate that you will add value to the organization.

Make your resume memorable for the content, not the colors and fonts!
