Recently BiI was plaged by a rouge directory repair,virus removal co that crippled my computer locking out all services. including my print The company name is total security, There was no way I could remove it using add remove. ,so I went to safe mode and did a compleat directory repair. I can now get back on line , but the slider that adjusts the pixel is frozen and my Hb 1315 pcs will not install. How can I restore original factory setings so I can reinstall my printer use a smaller font{8] ,minimize my desktop icons and have normal display on my aol mailbox?
I am also having a dificult time answering questions and signing in on Yedda The Font is so large I have a hard time using Yedda because I have to navigate left and right and up and down to see the proper boxes and sign in.
