in japan best=most?expensiv

look in the fish market tsukiji they have the most famost sushi bars in all japan not all of them are expensiv but the best are!!!

they way you cut the fish an the angel changes the taset completly

i lived there for 8 years in ginza i spended 700 $ for 1 person
