There was supposed to be a Pollo Tropical, but they canceled there plans. No word on other restaurants yet - Personally, I am hoping for some healthy options, like a Panera Bread or Crispers, and a nicer dining option, like a Macaroni Grill, Brio, or P.F. Chang’s. In the beginning they said Ruby Tuesdays and Mimi's What happened? I am not too impressed yet. How about a Belk's or something!
