I am the father of a son who resides in MI involved in a custody fight. The childs mother, who I was not married to moved to North Carolina in 2004 and had my parental rights terminated by emergency order. I was not served or notified and believe that while she knew my residency lied to the court. Once these rights have been terminated do I have any chance of having them reinstated?
