I am getting sick of my optical mouse , any suggestions for something new comfortable and accurate?
I'm using "Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 4000" (Not laser). Very pleased with it. It's Light, Operates with only one AA battery and does a great job. Very much recommended.

Of course, the more helpful your answers are, the more likely you are to be invited to future questions...
How about not using a mouse at all and just using a feature thats called mousekeys. Just use the keyboard if you are still into a gadget you can use a trackball. There are more expensive alternatives like: Touch screens, touch pad and head pointers.
