Replacing a oil pan on a 1987 325i bmw

does any one knowhow hard it is to change a oil pan on a 1987 325i bmw. just need to replace the pan do you know the steps?

raise and support for enough working room.

drain oil.

remove splash guard.

remove ground strap on left of oil pan.

unplug oil sending unit.

remove bolts from flywheel cover.

remove bolts from oil pan.

pry off oil pan carefully.(some can be nightmares)

clean and inspect suface.

apply new gasket.

reverse the prosess.

3 to 4 hrs.

its also a good practice to disconect the battery for all repaires unless needed.
