Replacing a colleague

I'm replacing a colleague in his position. Are there any common and known mistakes I should avoid?

The Best

Hi, Like in everything else really important in life, there are NO known mistakes you should avoid. But, if you took his position, you suppose to know some of the things that he have done not so well, do you?( unless he was promoted). So, tell me more...  Until then, enjoy the promotion, and try to do YOUR best!!!

Regards

Beatrice
