Replacement spring for DC motor brushes

Where can  I get replacement springs for elictrical motor brushes?  Spring is seperate from brush and is oval - 3/8 inch tall; 1/8 inch wide and about 1/2 inch long.  It is out of a 24 volt DC motor from a Polaris electric motor scooter manufactured about 2003.
