Reo foreclosed properties

Hi , can anyone tell me how to get a list of numbers or e-mail addresses for the realtors  who are dealing in REO properties. I have started a buisness in Alabama doing trash out, clean up  on these homes I have only done two so far . All the Realtor I have sent E-mails to tell me I dont deal in those properties but... If you can ever get in with "the right people "you will have more work than you can do. I one Realtor who let me do the two but she doesnt have any more right now.  Any help would be appreciated. I REALLY need the work.  Thanks!

I would probably start with some of the lenders who are foreclosing in the area.  You can contact the local clerk of courts office or master in equity and see which lenders are selling the bulk of the houses.  Most of the time, once you find out, call the lenders and see what local companies they are using to list their REO's.

Most lenders will use the same place over and over again.

I hope this helps.

Good luck
