Rental amounts Section 8 allows

I am on Section 8 in Connecticut. I wish to move in Oct. What rent will Section 8 allow a single person for a one bedroom place? What rent will Section 8 allow 2 people for a 2 bedroom as I am considering bringing my elderly mother to live with me as I have been told such is allowed. If I do bring my mother and she dies would I then Have to move ?
