Renewing basketballs?

I bought a basketball last month and by now it has already got wear out. It means I can't cup it no more, although when I bought it I could.

Is there any way I'll be able to renew/repair the ball?

I know it's an odd question, but I don't have enough money to buy a new ball.

Thanks for the reply, mate.

It's made of Rubber, I bought it with no air in a nylon bag, and if I remember correctly, the poster on the nylon bag said in very big letters "Leather Like Feeling". You know, one of those things you buy cheaply.

Hope that will help.
