Removing "trap" from sink plumbing

Bathroom sink plumbing question: I am having difficulty removing the "trap" underneath the sink. I disconnected both the slip-point coupling and the threaded coupling. I "trap" is loose but will not disenguage from the slip point. Is there some trick to this?

Nope.  Once you undo it from each end it should pull out from one end or the other pretty easily.  Wiggling it should be all it takes.
