How to Remove Wallpaper and Sizing
I am removing wallpapaer from a bathroom. I am successful at removing the paper without any difficulty. The problem is that the walls were sized before the paper was put on 18 yrs ago. Now the sizing is peeling and Iam afraid to prime over it. It is impossible to remove the peeling sizing by sanding or washing the walls. Will I be able to use a primer over the peeling sizing or will it create a lumpy damaged looking wall after I prime and paint? Does anyone have any ideas? Tthanks for your help!
