Remodel of bathroom with little money....

Hi Eric,  I have two bathroms in my condo.  One is a full bath with tub and the other is a shower stall only. they both have old tiles on the walls and the tub is looking worn out. I was looking at remodeling them. I don't have a lot of money to do a big rip out of tile and tub fixtures so i was thinking of replacing them with the all inclusive tub/wall cover units I have seen recently.

is that wise. If so what is the best kind to use and what should I look for before I proceed?
