related:www.seaford.k12.de.us/shs/ Why are the children allowed to have cell phones in class?3 of the kids that live close to me yesterday said that 1 kid took a test then texts the test too 8 kids with the questions.IN SCHOOL.Isnt this cheating?When I went to school we couldnt use a cal.for math class.and there was no thing as a cell phone either,There is 2 girls here around moble gardens park that walk around here a lot of days and they are 13 and 14 dont they have to be in school and I know they aint being home schooled either.and the way they dress I wouldnt let my kid out of the house with what they ware,pants down to there knees etc.Come on Seaford and show what we are made of,
