Help with Pork Loin or Pork Tenderloin please.

I've read some of the older posts about pork loin/tenderloin and I'm still in need of good help which I know can be found here! I want to do pork for a dinner for 8-10 people and would like to do to 150. Most info on roasting pork calls for 150 to 160 but the pork starts to dry out as it goes
