I am exercising an option in my contract which says I can pay out the balance of my 3 year contract. I sent a registered letter with a bank draft. The other party has been notified twice and has still not picked it up. She has also been sent copies of the contents via email. My contract does not state what means to use to sever the relationship or gives me any time frame to do so. So am I ok to just carry on as though she has received this?
