how is the region to structure measures for causal resource management, without a regional forum through which to determine them? how is the region to function systemically within the international state system, when the 2 major powers of Israel and Iran have no dialogue? how is the world to realise general sustainability without systemic co-ordination of regional frameworks? Israel and Iran are both member states of the Middle East, is it not time to interact politically, in respect of the region and the international state system?
