Hi We are a tenant at Grove and Fourth and recently read a very positive article on the renovation that is taking place on fourth and Grove.While we are happy that it is finally happening. Unfortunately only the outside is being remodeled. The inside is falling apart. Not to mention that the place is infested with roaches. This past wek when it rained, my business was inoperable for several days and all I got from Mr. Tovar was though duty. All the other tenants feel the same way but because Reliable Properties is so powerful, no one can go against them. They will tell you to call their lawyers if we want. You should print both side of the story on this company. We were promised this renovation five years ago and its finally happening.
