Bailout money for state of kentucky i paid $5,000 for my grandson to get out of jail. He has his sentencing hearing this coming tuesday. When will i get my $5,000 i paid out?

most courts will not give it back now until the jail time has been served. most courts want you to pay the court fines out of it but you can say no. if your grandson get time you may not get it back till his time is up. then you have to go to court and ask the judge to release it.
We know that he didn't mean to get in trouble. At least he paid his taxes, not like Obummer's guy, Tim Geithner. Just plead to the judge that he ought to be forgiven and shouldn't have been put in jail in the first place since Tim Geithner didn't get put in jail for tax evasion for FIVE YEARS (and even asked his employer for a "rebate" on the taxes that he didn't even pay!)
no, i didn't get an answer. he has a pre=trial sometime in sept, but i don't know when. my daughter (HIS MOM) SAID THE STATE OF KENTUCKY PAYS THE BAIL MONEY BACK. BUT SHE DIDN'T SAY WHEN.
