I've just completed my weekly 15Km run. How long shall I wait before refueling with food again, and what shall I consume, carbs or protein rich food?
Obviously I don't know much about running, but from what I've heard you should eat carbs and proteins, go easy on the fats, and you should eat within an hour of completing the run for best results and rehabilitation.
