I asked this a couple of days ago, but I don't think it got posted.  When refinishing solid rock maple furniture I usually don't stain it because it will always return to its natural color on it own.  My question is how do  you keep the polyurethane coating from being streaky or showing brush marks or looking uneven.   I have never been able to get a nice smooth look with a brush.

Dont use a brush.Deft comes in a spray can. But you need to do at least 6 coats and sand with 220 sand paper after the 3Th coat  vinceswoodfinishing.com
