Hi,

Both options can work well but it takes a lot of trial and error. Unfortunately the trial and error method can cost you quite a lot of money.

Before you go and spend money on marketing, learn how to market for free - you will be surprised at how much money you can make (and fast) without spending any money on marketing.

Traffic exhange is also a good source of free advertising but for that you need a good traffic exchange. Here's a very effective traffic exchange where you get quality visitors to your website. But first you need to surf 10 sites to activate your account. You can earn a massive amount of free visitors if your refer more people to this.

Referral program

Hi,

It depends on what the sites you are doing traffic exchange and what are the sites you are doing solo ads with. If the sites you worked with already fluctuated with the referral program or affiliate program that are similar or same with yours, then definitely the results are not that good.

In a nutshell, always doing research and trial and error to find the best way. Consistency is very important here.
