Reducing body fat precentage

How will I know whether I eat too much without getting obsessed with counting calories? I do not want to gain or lose weight, just to reduce body fat percentage.

All I want for Christmas is you....

I would make sure to eat healthy good, balanced meals, and put small portions on a plate and don't take seconds.  Then, make sure you are getting exercise at least 3 times a week.  You will certainly lose body fat and feel much more healthy.  Good luck.

In order to maintain your weight while losing fat, you would decrease the fat content in your diet (stop eating fried/heavy/processed foods), and increase strength training in order to build muscle. You can do that pretty easily by just watching the quality of food that you eat and focusing on picking the healthier low fat options. Also, if you have weights you can use at home; you can easily incorporate a strength training routine 3 times a week without having to go to the gym.  Good luck!

eat in controlled portions, eat more wholesome foods and less processed foods.  And exercise -

Use the plate method. 1/2 plate is vegetables, 1/4 of plate is lean protein and 1/4 of plate is carbs/starch. Keep your snacks light, such as yogurt, fruit, nuts. Stay away from sugary beverages and keep alcohol intake minimal.
