Red vs Yellow peppers

What's the deal with peppers? What's the difference between the red ones and the yellow (or orange) ones? In terms of health, which is better? Is it recommended that you eat more of one than the other? Are they recommended at all?

All peppers are good for you and are a good source of vitamins A,C and K, but red peppers are bursting with them. Red peppers are also a good source of a carotenoid called lycopene, which helps prevent prostate, bladder, cervical and pancreas cancer. They can also prevent lung cancer related to smoking or second hand smoke.

Yellow peppers are high extremely in antioxidants.
