Red-face at lunch.

Everyday at lunchtime, I get red faced and my skin is hot to the touch.  What is causing this?  Could it be hormonal?  I had a total hysterectomy 10 yrs. ago.  I do use a low dosage patch weekly.  Hope someone can help.  I don't think it's rosasea.
