Because I was low on space in the C drive, I set the recycle bin to 0% of the C drive , and allocated space on another drive. Now, when I open the Recycle Bin from the Desktop, I don't see what I just... that is on the C: drive and you have the recycle bin for C: set to 0%, then that file will not go to the bin
