Recurring bump long after tick bite

I had a tick bite over a year ago which developed the bulls eye rash. I immediately had it treated with the proper antibiotics and it seemed to be fine. However, I still have been getting a red swollen bump there, at least 4-5 times this past year.Sometimes this lasts a few days and sometimes just several hours. It does itch also when it appears, sometimes a lot, and sometimes not so much. It is a bit smaller than a mosquito bite and a deeper red pink color when this occurs. I now have just discovered a small pea size lump in my right armpit and have been prescribed more antibiotics for a 10 day period.Could this be somehow related to the long ago tick bite and is it something to worry about?

I would say that you should see a doctor about this and ask.  My husband was bit by a tick several years ago and got rocky mountain spotted fever.  Every once in awhile his bullseye shows back up for a few days.  But his is not raised.
