Recommended protein podwer

Does someone have recommendations for good protein powder? I've been using the same one since I started going to the gym (about 8 months ago) and I'm not sure it's very effective.

You get what you pay for in protein powders, the more expansive ones are absorbed better by the body and you end up paying about as much for the same results. As far as I know Synthetec is very good.

I use Respect Protein by Pride Nutrition and I'm happy with it. It's a blend of CFM Whey Isolate, Egg Albumen, and Micellar Casein. Effective, and tastes good.
