Recipe4Living is a great resource for cocktails - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Here are a couple of my favorites that I think will work perfectly: 

Cranberry Raspberry Breeze
Ingredients

1 tub Crystal Light Raspberry Ice Flavor Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix
1 qt. cold, reduced calorie cranberry juice cocktail
1 1 liter bottle club soda, chilled
 
Directions

Place drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher. Add cranberry juice cocktail; stir until drink mix is dissolved. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Stir in club soda when ready to serve. Serve over ice cubes. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and a curl of orange zest.

Yield: 8 servings

Non-Alcoholic Margarita Punch
Ingredients

1 12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 12 oz. can frozen limeade concentrate
1 C. confectioners' sugar
4 egg whites
6 C. crushed ice
1 liter carbonated water
1 lime, sliced
Coarse salt

Directions

In a 4 quart container, combine lemonade concentrate, limeade concentrate, powdered sugar, egg whites, and crushed ice; mix well. Cover and freeze at least 30 minutes before serving. Spoon 2 C. slush mixture into blender. Add 1 C. of carbonated water. Blend until frothy. To serve rub rim of glass with lime slice, dip in salt, and fill glass. Garnish with lime slices.

Yield: 24 servings

Mock Pink Lady

Ingredients 

1 1/2 C. milk
1 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. lemon juice
6 ice cubes
1 Tbs. grenadine 

Directions 

Measure milk, lemon juice, grenadine, sugar and ice cubes into blender. Blend until ice is gone. Serve Immediately.

Yield: 3 cups

Island Chiller

Ingredients

2 10 oz. pkg. frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 30 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
3 C. orange juice
2 qt.carbonated water, chilled
 
Directions

Blend strawberries with pineapple and its juice until smooth. Combine with orange juice. Freeze into ice cube trays. Put three cubes into a tall glass and fill with carbonated water. Allow to become slushy. Garnish with a strawberry and serve with a tall clear straw. Stir and sip.

Yield: 16 servings

Triple Berry Refresher
Ingredients

1 12 oz. can evaporated skim milk
1 C. plain low fat yogurt
1/2 C. Smucker's Sugar Free Blackberry Preserves
1/2 C. Smucker's Sugar Free Raspberry Preserves
1/2 C. Smucker's Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves
12 ice cubes
 
Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. If desired, strain to remove seeds. Pour into two tall glasses.

Yield: 2 servings

Alcohol-Free Fruity Sangria

Ingredients

1 12 oz. can cranberry juice concentrate
1 6 oz. can orange juice concentrate
Juice of 1 lemon
2 C. water
2 C. red nonalcoholic wine
1 qt. sparkling water
1 orange, thinly sliced, for garnish

Directions

In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice concentrate, the orange juice concentrate, the lemon juice, and 2 C. of water. Stir to mix, and then add the wine, if desired. Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water and garnish with orange slices.

Yield: 8 servings
