Rebuild trust

Rebuild the trust by not seeing the person you cheated with.  Don't mention anything about the other person.  That belongs to the past and that should be buried.

    Focus on your life together, make plans  for your future together. Make her the center of your life.  By doing so, she will get the sense that you have completely changed because of your love and devotion for her.

In my oppinion you will never regain her trust compeletely, it will always be at the back of her mind no matter what.

I agree with Eva, you made it so much worse by lying and then admitting it 2 years later. I would kick your butt to the curb, cheating is a 1 strike your out deal for me. If you really want to be with her, prepare to walk with your tail in between your legs for a LONG TIME!!

I agree with Eva also .   Trust is the foundation of all relationship and one it is gone it is gone .   She will never again trust you completely , and she shouldn't , you've proven she cannot afford to .  You broke the bond , and the trust she had with you and the respect she had for you .  You disrespected her when you cheated and then withheld it from her .     How many times after you cheated  did you hold her , tell her you loved her and she is the only one .  So in her eyes not only did you cheat on her you also have shown her you are a good liar , think about how many years you continued to lie , by not telling her .   Got news for you , I would kick your butt to the curb in a heart beat .  But with me no cheating is allowed and is not tolerated , period !
