What's a nice girl like me is doing in a place like this ?

Real state in third world countries


I have been hearing about rich people who buy real state in third world countries, is it a good investment, and if so where should I start.

hi, this question is not simple as that, there are no good investments or bad investments- only time will tell. the question is whether you're a risk taker or someone who likes to feel safe and don't want to risk his money for a big profit. 

investing in third world countries is a dangerous investment, cause you might lose of your money (political situation, bad economic...), but you can earn a lot of money as well (if the country's economic will improve).

you can check investments in India, Cuba, Thailand...

We can't pinpoint on where to start economics of each third world country changes so the safest answer would be do a research first and device long term plan for that I think that's basic.
