I got an e-mail with this picture and this text:
"This is the bathroom floor at an artist's house. He thought it would be cool to freak out his friends when they came over. IMAGINE YOU ARE AT A PARTY.... GET DRUNK.... AND THEN HAVE TO VISIT THIS BATHROOM!"
I think it looks like photoshop work, but it's just a hunch. How can I know for sure?

its a photoshop work, you can make out from the edges finely cut, great sense of creativity
