It's easy.  Go do it now. 

 

Just sign up and start tweeting.  Follow people you want to follow and that's pretty much it.

Just go to the twitter.com create account and search people whom you want to join and start following them it will create your network and when you find there people are following you than share your thoughts with them. Also you can get the information from such people.
