Am I Reaching The Next Level Of Consciousness?

From low to high, the levels of consciousness are: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, pride, courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace, enlightenment. What does it feel like to reach the next level of conciousness? How do I know if I'm reaching the next level of consciousness? How do I know what level I'm on? I feel like something amazing is happening to me. Even though I'm bipolar and I think I'm manic I feel like it's making me reach the next level of consciousness because I'm figuring everything out. I think this is a good thing. I'm a little scared, but I feel like this will be good.

Assuming your taking your medication, it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor if your feeling apprehensive. The best place to be between high and low is right in the middle. If your doctor thinks all is well then perhaps you have reached the level of acceptance.Smile
