Yes it has happened to me a few times. I gave my sister a necklace that I got as a birthday gift from a friend. A few months later I see this same ugly necklace on my mother. I asked where she got it and she said that my sister gave it to her as a gift and she went on about how unique it was. I was cracking up inside and later told my sister what I saw. She was embraced, but we laughed it off. I guess one person’s trash is another persons treasure.

I used a friend's wish list to buy her a birthday present. Three months later, she re-gifted the present to me - in the same gift wrapping - for Christmas.

Actually, we've swapped gifts right there under the tree!! It's all good, we're a close family and we laughed about it!

Haha. Indeed I have...mostly things such as lotions and bubblebath and bath salts and whatnot. Things I do not particularly need and/or use. I used to re-wrap it and give it to a different friend, or to my grandmother whom I know for a fact LOVES such things!

However, I have heard of scenarios where people re-wrap and give the exact same gift to the very person who originally gave it to them... The horror!

Ha! Ha!....your on my list George!!  I forgot to mention when I was little, my dad always gave my mom a box of chocolates, her favorite, and she always told me I could have just one piece.  I only liked the chocolate caramel piece so when I gave her back the box all the chocolates had my thumb print in them because I had to find the only one I liked.  LOL!

Good morning George....I especially like the Cymbidium and the Phalaenopsis orchids.  I love the colors and they seem to last 6 weeks or more.  How about you?
