Raw Eggs and Biotin

I had a question about eating raw eggs. If I were to eat a whole raw egg (both the yolk and the white), would the biotin richness of the yolk counteract the biotin suppression of the whites? Would eating whole raw eggs have a large impact on biotin levels in the body? It would be greatly appreciated if you are aware of any research that has been done on the topic.

Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

I'm not too familiar with the research on this topic. Sorry.

Hello

First of all, NEVER eat raw eggs. You can get very sick from doing that. I know that from personal experience when I was a kid. You can get salmonella poisoning.  You are right about raw egg whites depleting biotin from the body. I read about men losing their hair from eating raw egg whites due to biotin depletion.  Cooking the egg whites gets rid of the problem. If you want biotin for your hair then simply go out and buy a biotin supplement.  The egg yolk might counteract the biotin depletion, but I would never eat raw eggs.
