Rashes From Lighting Sources

I play tennis indoors to avoid the sunlight only to find that my rashes are exacerbated by the indoor lighting!  Do most indoor tennis places use fluorescent lighting?  What about outdoor park lights?  If my autoimmune rash worsens due to photosensitivity, am I causing my condition ro worsent internally by exposure?
