Rash on Testicles and Groin area

I have a dark rash in my groin area with some lumps that seem to be filled with some puss. Now, suddenly it has spread to my testicles and the scaly skin (when tight) is very thin now (almost see through) with blood showing. It feels like the sack of my testicles may just tear soon, the skin has become so light and thin. I am very worried and do not have a doctor to show to. Please help!! Thanks!

You should make every effort to show this to a physician or at least to a paramedic. No one can give you a serious diagnosis without seeing your rash. In addition by consulting you will also be told how to treat it until it is cured.

Back when I was young I suffered a lot from from rashes down there . I used to spray a bit of deodorant which consists alcohol down there. It would burn like hell for a couple of minutes but in the morning it was all gone. I am not a doctor , but seeing one is well advised.
