Candy,

Are you sure your client did not do this heinous act?

first not trying to sound negative here but this does not seem to be what a lawyer would do using a forum site to help prove innocense but its all good here you go. regardless of personnel feelings about this first it is about the scenerio i.e. location circumstances drunk or on other drugs. AGE is important. but there are tests that can be run called rape kit for the victim. But the most important is character traits or reference or past troubles. it is much harder to prove the innocense then it is to prove guilt.    Truthfully a lawyer should know that and if you are going to attempt to represent your client look up rape laws. be careful what you get into contempt they can get you on.

Candy, there's a difference between an accusation and being charged with the crime itself. For my benefit, is it possible that someone is alleging your client raped someone (possibly even the victim) but he hasn't been charged? The reason I ask is that there has to be evidence to support a charge and as his defense attorney you would have access to that evidence and know how to proceed in the best interest of your client.

On the other hand, if some person is going around accusing him of rape (to his friends possibly) and he's looking for a way to prove he didn't do it, it's strictly his word against hers and that's the end of it unless she brings charges against him.

Have you considered consulting an attorney with some experience in this area?
