A:You can. Just click on "Tools" (in your IE7 toolbar), then "Toolbars", then "RadarSync". As long as "RadarSync" is checked, you'll be able to see your RadarSync Toolbar. If it's only partially visible, you can easily drag it over so that it's fully displayed.
