My Grandaughter entered College this year and enrolled in the ROTC program. Based on the fact that her tuition would be paid by the army's program and offered her the future she was seeking. She was told yesterday that there are no more schlorships available because of an unexpected freshman enrollment in the ROTC program. What do I need to do now? The program is offered by the US ARMY to entice the students for enrollment. This does not make any cense. Know we are in the situation to pay the tuition that the Army offered to pay. Thank you
