imagine a mind free of weakness and figments of our imagination...imagine a mind free of stress and manipulation...Imagine our full potential when we shread the chains of deitys and gods alike...Only then will we empower our self and Open a new door away from death , decay and wrong doing, Let us unite as one and push forth towards the stars let us make new friends and love different species. why not? cause your still bound by the chains of god.

urm it would need to be justified i think to be honest. I'm sure the courts would tame  this land lord,  but it does depend on the luxury value of the property  , get my drift?

Look on your computer or yellow pages for a Renters Representative Council in your area or some such body that attends to this. I don't know what your particulars are, but $1000 sounds more than what's "reasonably supported in the market in a like or similar domicile" especially now - this is the usual guide for Landlords. Anything more than 20% at MOST is generally unfounded and there may be legal ramifications both for discrimination or abuse of priviledge in your community. Laws are different all over.
